Some random thoughts I jotted down while I was on the plane to Las Vegas late last year.

Jessie Ware - liking her album.

Lee Evans - sweats a lot. Is very talented and very funny.

Benidorm - is full of middle / old aged people from Yorkshire.

There’s a lot of good music on the BBC Live Lounge albums.

The Dictator is hilarious if you’re tired and want an easy giggle.

Fasting is an amazing way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for longer as you grow older. It’s possible for an average guy to completely fast for 3 days.

It’s possible for a 50 year old to have less than 10% body fat.

Mice on limited calorie diets could live up to 40% longer than normal mice. They’re also better at working their way through mazes.

Having no internet and no distractions makes it much easier to get to inbox 0.
